Basic Refresher
This course invites students back on the mat to practice their core skills and test their muscle memory. This is a great course to prepare for other upper level courses, or just to boost your confidence in your skills.
Beyond Basics
In Beyond Basics, students will have an opportunity to learn how to use their Basics skills in new ways, experience different scenarios and expand their personal safety skills.
Defense Against Weapons
In this course, students learn to defend themselves against an armed assailant. We cover self-defense strategies to counter an assault with knives, guns, and clubs. Students will learn about how weapons are used to intimidate as well how they are actually wielded.
Defense Against Multiple Assailants
This course prepares students to fight off multiple attackers.

ALL OF OUR ADVANCED CLASSES MEET ON MULTIPLE DAYS. On our website, classes are listed by the first date of class with information about subsequent class sessions in the text. Please make sure you can attend ALL class sessions when registering for one of our multi-day trainings.
Self-Defense against Multiple Assailants
This course prepares students to fight off multiple attackers (3 or more at once).
For maximum individual instruction, classes are limited to 14-16 students. This class is open to adults of all genders over the age of 16.
This course meets on multiple dates - Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13 (exact times to be announced) - please make sure you are available to attend both sessions.
You must take an Adult Basics before taking the Defense Against Multiple Assailants course (click here for Adult Basics courses). In order to take our Multiples Course, you must be cleared by a Basics Instructor for upper level classes. In order to register for this class, RSVP and a staff member will contact you to complete your registration process.
The cost of this class is $695.00.
Self-Defense against Weapons

This course meets on multiple dates - Saturday, November 16th, Sunday, November 17th, and Sunday, November 24- please make sure you are available to attend every session.
Students in our Defense against Weapons class are invited to attend an optional session at a local at a shooting range on Saturday, November 23. Students will learn about gun safety and have the opportunity to shoot one or two types of handgun. The cost of the day, approximately $60, is separate from the course fee and can be paid anytime up to the morning of November 23.
