PROGRAMS

Impact coursework has grown out of two decades of first-hand experience teaching personal safety. Programs are typically taught by specially-trained teams of female and male instructors and can address situations ranging from the day-to-day levels of boundary violation to the worst-case scenario of actual assault. We offer programs to the public and schedule private courses for organizations, schools and corporations.

"I'd taken other self defense courses in my 20's that were virtually useless- pounding pillows just does not do it. The direct muggings by male assailants, including the initially terrifying verbal interactions, were one of the most powerful experiences I could imagine. Fighting back and winning has changed my life on countless levels." - Anonymous (age 45)
