March 15th Public Celebration

As part of our our 20-hour Self-Defense Basics class, our students invite friends, family and supportive community members to a public celebration. Join us in supporting our students as they share what they learned at Impact. If you're considering taking an Impact class, attending a public celebration is a great way to check it out first.

Our instructors provide brief introduction to Impact self-defense so you'll learn more about who we are and what we do. You'll have the opportunity to observe our students as they practice full-force self-defense techniques against a padded mock assailant. We'll conclude with a discussion and Q&A session.

Only supportive community members and friends are welcome at public celebrations - we are there to support the students and celebrate their empowerment. If you have questions about Impact self-defense training, learn more at our About Us or browse our Frequently Asked Questions page. If you have more questions, please contact Lisa Scheff at

Public celebrations include realistic fight scenarios that contain violence and language that are not appropriate for children under 12.
