(24 hours, $650)

At the core of Impact's Adult program is our Women’s Basics Course, for ages 18 and up. This three day course covers situational awareness, verbal and emotional boundary-setting and effective physical self-defense. In this course we focus on attacks by a single, unarmed assailant - the most common form of attack that individuals face. We also explore issues related to fear and violence in society, and students have an opportunity to create custom self-defense scenarios. For maximum individual instruction, classes are limited to 16 students. This class is open to woman-identified adults.

Scholarship and Flexible Payment Plans: We are committed to making our classes available to all people, regardless of ability to pay. Fill out our online scholarship form to apply or contact us at info@impactbayarea.org to learn more about our flexible payment plans.
