Find the Class that’s Right for You
IMPACT teaches effective boundary setting and empowerment self-defense skills to prevent violence and create safer communities. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of people of different ages, genders, and identities. Our popular Teen Programming is especially geared for teens aged 12-16 while most of our adult programming is open to folks aged 17 and over.
We train students to fight full-force, under adrenaline, against a padded mock assailant to ingrain our techniques into muscle memory. This means that the body will remember—and respond appropriately—if you ever need your skills in the real world.
Sliding Scale
IMPACT is committed to equitable access to self-defense training. Our classes are offered on a sliding scale basis, with no one turned away for lack of funds (click here for more info). To keep our classes open and accessible to all, we ask that you contribute at the highest level you can. You can also make a tax-deductible donation to support others taking a class.
