Find the Class that’s Right for You
IMPACT teaches effective boundary setting and empowerment self-defense skills to prevent violence and create safer communities. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of people of different ages, genders, and identities. We train students to fight full-force, under adrenaline, against a padded mock assailant to ingrain our techniques into muscle memory. This means that the body will remember—and respond appropriately—if you ever need your skills in the real world. In-Person & Online
Please choose a class format that feels safe for you: online, or in-person (indoor or outdoors). We will continue to track public health recommendations and update our policies. Our in-person classes use enhanced safety protocol including COVID-19 testing, sanitizing, distancing, and PPE. Carefully review the requirements for the class you are signing up for—you may be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result.
IMPACT is committed to equitable access to self-defense training. Our classes are offered on a sliding scale basis, with no one turned away for lack of funds (click here for more info). To keep our classes open and accessible to all, we ask that you contribute at the highest level you can. When you register for your class, you will have the opportunity at check-out to add what you wish to pay beyond the sliding scale minimum.
