Moving across the country to a completely unfamiliar area, I found out about IMPACT in my search for tools to empower self-defense and the protection of loved ones. While fear and vulnerability can come with being a victim of assault, the feeling of being unsafe pretty much kills anything beautiful. As communications and interactions are built on boundaries, we should be equipped with the power to defend ourselves, especially in difficult situations. That's why we're committed to providing accessible and empowering self-defense education to people of all backgrounds
