This 3-hour interactive class teaches practical, trauma‑informed skills for calming heated situations and safely interrupting harmful behavior. Participants learn how to stay grounded under pressure, communicate clearly, and make choices that prioritize safety for themselves and others.
Through discussion, partner practice, and scenario‑based learning, you’ll build tools to:

This class is designed for anyone who wants to feel more prepared to navigate real‑world conflict — at work, in public, or in community spaces. No physical skills are required. You’ll leave with practical strategies you can use immediately to create safer, more connected environments.
This class covers:
- Intuition, awareness, body language, verbal skills.
- Bystander intervention strategies to safely help others and get help.
- Adrenaline management skills to regulate our own emotions
- Skills to break "group freeze" and mobilize community assistance.
- Boundaries with strangers & acquaintances.
This all-gender class is open to adults and teens ages 16+.
