As a woman and survivor of sexual violence, IMPACT has changed the way that I walk around in the world. I took my first course in October of 2019, and for the first time in my life I feel safer walking down the street, armed knowledge that I can defend myself if anyone ever tries to attack me again.

IMPACT teaches full force self defense as well as verbal conflict resolution techniques to women, teens and members of the LGBTQ+ community. 100% of our students report that they feel significantly better able to deal with an attack after taking our classes.

In today’s climate this program is particularly important. At IMPACT we believe safety is a right, not a privilege. We do not turn anyone away regardless of their financial situation. Your donation could help vulnerable people protect themselves and improve their overall wellbeing.
