Not to be corny, but IMPACT is genuinely so much more than just a self defense class. Informed from collaboration and decades of experience, IMPACT is a tailor-made method for not merely defense, but empowerment, teaching students physical, emotional, and verbal tools to navigate the world with strength, confidence, self-respect, and self-love. 

Taking the Women’s Basics and Advanced Defense Against Weapons classes gave me not only an arsenal of physical and verbal tools to keep myself safe, but also a wonderful sense of community and confidence. This opportunity was incredibly meaningful to me, and it is why I feel so strongly about spreading the word and supporting this amazing organization.
