women-IMPACT2018_Zapolskadesign_300.pngIMPACT's core adult program is our Women’s Basics Course. This course covers situational awareness, the recognition and use of intuition, verbal and emotional boundary setting and effective, accessible physical self-defense. Women's Basics covers defense against attacks made by a single, unarmed assailant - the most common form of assault. For maximum individual instruction, classes are limited to 16 students. This class is open to all woman-identified adults aged 18 and older, and does not rely on physical fitness or athletic ability.
